HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
We here at Island Comfort Footwear want you to be completely happy with your footwear purchase. We are proud to offer our easy 30 Day Return Policy for any reason, For example, does not fit, or don’t like the color, or changed my mind.
Return Cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
Shoes in new, unworn condition can be returned for a full refund for up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. Merchandise MUST be in perfect un-worn condition with tags attached if applicable. Always wear any new footwear in the home to test them for fit and never outside where they get dirty.
*** No refunds will be given for WORN merchandise ***
All returns Must be in saleable condition, there are no exceptions. Any worn or used or dirty merchandise will be returned.
If returning a pair of boxed shoes, please do NOT use the shoe box as your primary shipping box. Affixing tape, postage stickers or an address label to this box will result in a minimum $10 fee. All shoe boxes MUST be covered to protect it as it was received. Paper can be used as we do, a box, tyvek bag, or even a plastic kitchen trash bag will be sufficient. JUST PROTECT THE BOX !
Wrong address entered by customer, or non-deliverable parcels, that are returned to our location, will be reshipped only if the buyer pays the cost. If not, the order will be cancelled and refunded, less the original ship to cost.
2 Ways to make a label for return: our system, or your own
For your convenience, we can generate a pre-paid USPS return label for your return. As a business we do get discounted rates. The cost will be the same it was when we shipped the parcel to you. It will cost less than what the post would charge you if you were to go there yourself, and easier. This cost will be deducted from your refund. The label will be emailed direct to you. Just contact us at email@example.com to start the process and be informed of the cost. Be sure to include a copy of the sales order so we know who the customer is. Once the parcel is ready just put in your mailbox for Postal Worker to pick it up. This service can only be used for USA orders.
You are always welcome to use any other shipping method on your own. Returns should be sent via a trackable and insured method to:

Again, Please include a copy of your sales order along with a note asking for a refund.
We process most returns as soon as they arrive back to our warehouse. Once your refund has been processed your bank will post the credit to your account according to your banks rules.
Shipping error made by our department promise:
If there is ever an error made by us, if we sent the wrong item for example, we are 100% responsible and will pay all the expense of return and the re-ship costs.
EXCHANGES easy & free !!
If you made a purchase and the size did not fit you, and you would like to make an exchange (For example: same item, just want the next size up or down) its not a problem. We are glad to take care of that for you. Just contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make the arrangements. Let us know by emailing a copy of the original order, and what item you would like in return. We will email you a pre-paid ship label for you to make the return. Upon arrival we will then ship the exchange item you requested.
