Q:  How are shoes and sandals packaged?

A:  All shoes and sandals that come in boxes from the manufacturer are shipped in the factory box. (example: Naot, Ecco, Mephisto, Toms etc.) so,all boxed shoes are shipped in the box. Sandals or "flip flops" that come in plastic baggies from the manufacturer are shipped in tyvek shipping envelopes, as most flop flops do NOT come in a box from the manufactures.  

Q:  When will my order be shipped?

A:   Most in-stock orders leave our warehouse within one business day. Some     orders will be shipped the same day, depending on the time of day the order was placed.
 Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed for shipment on   Monday.
 Please note: Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days.
 If any item is not in stock, backordered, or there is an inventory error, we will   contact you immediately and offer options.

Q:   Where will my order ship from?

A:   Orders ship from our Florida location. Occasionally items are sent directly   from a manufacturer's US warehouse.

Q:   How will my order be shipped?

A:   We use USPS services for all USA & Territories.
 For Example:
 Orders weighing 16 oz or less will ship USPS First Class.
 Orders weighing 1 lb or more will ship USPS Priority Mail.
 USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days.

If you need specific carrier needs, we have FEDEX and UPS accounts, and we can use those services if they are specifically required by the customer.

Q:   Will my order be fully insured against damage or loss?

A:   Yes. All parcels that leave our building are fully insured against damage or   loss. There is NO charge to our customers for this protection.

Q:   Will you ship to a P.O. Box or a U.S. Military address (APO/FPO)?

A:   Yes. Orders to P.O. Boxes, US Territories and US Military addresses will be   shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
 Delivery time for Military addresses vary by location and is not guaranteed

Q:  Will you ship to an address outside the United States?

A:   Yes. We ship Worldwide. Shipping will be done by the USPS International   and Priority International based on the weight.
 The cost to ship will differ by each country. Please contact us at with your item list and  full address and we   will calculate the total cost for you.

Q:   What will shipping cost?

Q:   Does free shipping apply to phone orders?

A:   Yes. free shipping is valid for orders placed by phone and online.

Q:   Is a signature required for delivery?

A:   No. We do not require a signature upon delivery. We cannot guarantee that   USPS will leave a package without a signature, as the final decision on   whether it is safe to leave a package falls to the individual  USPS worker.

Q:   When will I receive my order?

A:   USPS First class light parcels can take 3-7 days depending on the distance   from our location to you.
 USPS Priority Mail has a 2-3 day delivery time. The USPS can sometime get   backed up and may have time delays from bad weather or holidays.

 If a product is not available or back ordered we will contact you promptly to   inform you of the situation.
 In stock orders usually ship the same or next business day.

Please note: some products will ship direct from the manufacturer. When this occurs, we will notify you by email of the estimated shipping date and delivery time.
