DOMESTIC SHIPPING

** FREE SHIPPING IN U.S.A and U.S Territories **

 We use the US Postal Service.

All parcels weighing less than 16 oz ship First Class Mail (example: 1 pr. flip flops)

All parcels weighing 1lb and up ship USPS Priority Mail (example: 1 pr. shoes)

All packages are fully insured at total value against loss or damage, at no charge to you.

We also have UPS & FEDEX accounts and will be used when there is an oversized order based on weight.

If you have any “special requests” for shipping (overnight for example) please contact us by email at Islandcomfortfootwear@gmail.com and we will get you the rate and prepare the shipment.

All orders are shipped from our Florida location Monday – Friday.

Most orders will be processed within 24 hours. Some the same day if the order is placed before the daily pick-up.

Some orders may ship direct from the manufacturer. If an item is out of stock or back ordered, we will of course contact you right away and inform you. Then we can make arrangements based on your needs and time frame.

Yes we ship worldwide, and appreciate our international customers.

Please contact us by email at Islandcomfortfootwear@gmail.com with the item(s) and your full address and we will get you the shipping cost. Ship cost will be added to the charge when shipped.

International orders are all shipped by the US Postal Service.
